All sales are final but if we were to mistakenly send you the wrong thing we will make it right.

We do not ship prints with splatters across the white spaces that resemble rainbow blood splatters nor do we ship photo quality prints with edge strike or smudges of any kind. We do not ship prints that suffer from color dropout; if that happens we abort the print and fix it. We are a small business and someone always watches Bessie print. All prints are individually trimmed and packaged by human hand so only the highest quality prints leave our studios.

Color is a subjective matter as is the tone of a musical instrument and is therefore unwarranted. Cameras, computer monitors and printers vary widely and we all see things differently. Our system supports files with embedded ICC profiles so the ICC profile that your editing software embeds to your file should work just fine.

Art, Design & Music should be fun but you are choosing someone to help you in the process of creating your vision so be subjective in your choice.
