How to order Reproductions:

1.   Click “Art/Art & Reproductions” from the Categories” menu on the left side of the page.

2.   Click on an Artist.

3.   Choose the photo you want reproduced and click ”Add to Cart”.

4.   Follow the instructions below for “How to Order Prints” to select your media, print size and shipping choices.

 

How to Order Prints:

1.   Click “Art/Print your Stuff” from the Categories” menu on the left side of the page.

2.   Click your desired media type (e.g. enhanced matte, lustre photo or satin canvas).

3.   Click your desired print size and quantity and click ”Add to Cart”.

4.   Add additional sizes and media types to your cart.

5.   Click on “Shipping” from the  “Categories” menu and add a shipping method to your cart.

6.   Checkout.

7.   You will receive an eReceipt from our store confirming your order.

8.   Create a reply to your eReceipt and attach your photo files.

9.   For multiple file orders list the file name, media and size in your reply email.

10. Send your reply email with the files attached; if we have any questions about your order we will contact you.

 

How to send us your files:

1.   After sending your order you will receive an e-receipt from our store.

2.   Reply to your e-receipt and attach your file. 

3.   For multiple file orders please list title of print, size, quantity and media for each file.

 

How to prepare your file:

1.   Images should be clear, in focus and properly lit.

2.   Always set your camera to save your pictures in the best possible resolution; the more pixels the better. We have had great results with quality 3 megapixel cameras writing 2048 × 1536 pixel files as 1.5Mb jpeg’s.

3.   Never downsize your original file for large format printing.

4.   In general cell phone and reduced for web pictures do not translate to large format printing very well.

5.   Make sure your file will scale correctly to your desired print size; if it doesn’t you will need to crop it.

6.   Files should be saved in RGB color space with your desired RGB ICC profile attached.

7.   Accepted file formats for photos are .psd, .tif & .jpg.

 

How to prepare banner files:

1.   For banners we recommend sending your layout in .pdf format; be sure to embed all fonts and images.

2.   Do not down sample or compress your images.

3.   Graphic objects and logos should be created and imported as vector objects in order to preserve upward scalability.

4.   Color space should be RGB with an embedded RGB profile.
