Epiphone Cutaway PR5E Left Handed Acoustic Guitar; 1996.

Mahogany sides & back with spruce top.  Rosewood fingerboard with beautifully simple snowflake inlays. 

Electronics: 3-band Active Parametric EQ.  Mids can be boosted +-12db from 800hz to 2khz.  Uses 9v battery.  Lo-Z Balanced Output, 1/4" out.

Includes matching hardshell case, extra cable, hex wrench, special 1/4" bypass disconnect plug. 

Case kept and in very good condition with little wear.
